Calbody Steel Forming has been family owned and operated since 1943. William Rosemond started the business as California Body and Trailer Manufacturing Company in San Francisco, CA, making truck and trailer bodies. Under the second-generation leadership of Jack Gregory and Bruce Rosemond, Calbody evolved into a job shop performing custom steel forming and fabrication work for the construction and manufacturing industries in the greater bay area and central valley. The company remained in it’s South of Market facility until early 2000 when, Matt Rosemond, 3rd generation partner, moved Calbody's shop to Benicia.
Calbody now welcomes its 4th generation of family with Ryan Glasgow, Ally Rosemond and son-in-law Dennis Simons. We proudly continue the legacy, built by previous generations, of delivering high quality, custom steel forming and fabrication services.
